    Exercise

    With a busy schedule at college, you may not find time to hit the gym or engage in any other exercise.This action can end up impacting negatively on your physical health since you will not have the energy to perform your daily tasks at work with ease. It is thus important that you exercise in the morning if your day at school is to have an energetic jolt.
