If you are going to practice social distancing, then you cannot keep yourself glued to the television 24 hours a day. In fact, you ought to maintain a regular fitness routine for not only stress management but also prevent the loss of momentum simply because you have been out of the gym for a while. The good news is that you can always partake in physical workouts during covid-19 lockdown while at home.

    For those who have no idea regarding the physical workouts you can partake in while at home, then there is no need to panic. All you need is access to a network after which you can learn more regarding at home workout routines. What is even more fascinating is the fact that you do not need expensive equipment to keep yourself fit at home. For instance, you can take part in a routine reps and sets of a few bodyweight exercises while maintaining minimal resting. You should however remember to involve yourself in core exercises while at the same time throwing in some burpees.

    One thing you should take note of is that it may get tough when working out from home, but that is not such a bad thing. After all, many gym lovers can still make do with a week or so away from the gym. You should therefore use this time in experimenting with different approaches to fitness. The good news is that some of the productive workouts can be done easily from your living room. It is also not a bad thing to get the kids involved given that most love to mimic whatever adults do. Better, having all that energy will go a long way in making sure they revitalize your performance.
